Using this Site

This site contains a collection of Science & Faith resources cultivated from our grant recipients. Our hope is that you will use these resources as guides for leading your own discussions and classes, or as inspiration to craft new material specifically tailored to your congregation.

We encourage you to browse the site for resources that inspire you, and visit our MODEL CHURCHES pages for examples of how other churches have taken up the conversation of faith and science in their congregations.

Resources

Available Resources

We provide, free to you and your congregation, a wide variety of resources to begin or continue the conversation on faith and science. New resources of various formats will be added to the site each month as churches contribute and share material from classes and presentations that they have hosted.

The value of this website is in the resources that we cultivate from churches, like yours, that are leading discussions and teachings on faith and science. If your church has a resource that you would like to have featured on our site, please email Dave Navarra, navarra@scientistsincongregations.org.

Where to Start

The easiest way to get started is to see how other churches began their discussions on faith and science. The videos below highlight what was particularly beneficial for our grant recipient churches. You can also take a look at our RESOURCE KITS, a preselected group of the best resources available on a given topic. Or, you can browse all of our resources organized by content type and choose an applicable VIDEO, AUDIO RECORDING, POWERPOINT, or CURRICULUM DOCUMENT to view or share with your congregation.
